Meet our founder, Sian
Sian Childs is a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer who specialises in women’s health and fitness. Since 2017, she has worked with clients through 1-2-1 PT sessions, group classes, bootcamps and online to help them reach their fitness goals.
Having worked with many prenatal and postnatal women, Sian realised that there was a need for accessible, safe and effective fitness programs for mums and mums-to-be who can't commit to the time, expense or inflexibility of training at a gym or fitness centre. She also wanted to be able to work with women outside her local area who do not have local access to a prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist.
This is how Natal Fit came to be born!
With more of us working from home than ever before, and seemingly increasing demands on our time and purses, Natal Fit is the much-needed, specially designed fitness solution for women throughout pregnancy and beyond. It is built to support each woman's fitness at one of the most intense moments in her life, through maternity and into motherhood, so that she can stay strong, fit and healthy for herself and for her little one.

A word from Sian:
"The more women I work with, the more I hear two specific myths around motherhood: 1. that we should jump straight back into normality after having children and, 2. that if we experience any side effects from pregnancy or birth (leaky bladder, lethargy, back pain or weight change, for example), we just have to put up with them forever.”
“I started Natal Fit to bust these myths; my specialist online fitness platform helps women to become stronger and fitter both before and after childbirth. Through safe and highly effective workouts and buildable training programs, with adaptations for every stage of prenatal and post- pregnancy, Natal Fit members have everything they need to look after their fitness in their own homes at a time that suits them and a price that they can afford."
