Workouts made for you, for a time that suits you

We use our PT experience and specialist prenatal and postnatal training to carefully craft workouts that meet the needs, abilities and concerns of mums and mums-to-be. Through our extensive knowledge of how pregnancy can affect the body before and after giving birth, we deliver a fun programme that targets areas of the body that undergo the most change, as well as your general strength, mobility and fitness.

Each workout is hosted by a qualified prenatal and postnatal personal trainer who does the movements alongside you. They’re easy to follow, concise and effective, and there’s no need for any expensive equipment. 

Within the videos, we suggest variations so that you can adapt the exercises according to how you’re feeling, how your body is changing and where you’re at in your pregnancy journey. 

New content each week

As a member, you’ll gain access to four new expert-led video workouts each week:

Complete Full Body Strength (30 minutes) A full body workout that combines strength, mobility, light cardio and conditioning

Quick Full Body Strength (20 minutes) A shorter full body workout for when you’re particularly pushed for time

Cardio and Core (20 mins) A targeted workout to safely build and restore your core strength around childbirth

Mobility and Stretch (15 mins) A gentle workout with stretches and movements for flexibility and strength

As you and your baby grow, so does your workout library

Over the months, as you progress with your membership, you’ll build up a library of on-demand workouts that you can access at any time. You can filter them by workout type and the areas they target to quickly find a session that suits what you want. 

Our workouts are useful to mums with children of any age

We put a lot of thought into our workouts to make sure they’re accessible for women before and after childbirth, so they’ll always be relevant - even long into the future. As well as in-video adaptation suggestions, there’s a collection of variation videos that you can watch to hone your techniques for each pregnancy stage and post-birth milestones.
